Donald Trump is no believer in the immortal science of Marxism-Leninism, but he still thinks he\u2019d make a great Red.<\/p>\n

A reporter for the Epoch Times, a pro-Trump and anti-Chinese Communist Party news outlet, asked Trump to speak on the dangers of global communism on Wednesday. \u00a0She warned that the idea of a classless and stateless society was secretly spreading in democratic countries in Europe as well as stateside and asked for Trump\u2019s message to people \u201cwho might not realize how close communism has come to home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump turned the question into so much youth baseball bragging, saying he\u2019d be \u201cthe greatest communist\u201d of all time.<\/p>\n

\u201cCommunism is easy to sell,\u201d he said. \u201cI would be the greatest communist in history. I\u2019d be right up there with Lenin. I\u2019d be as good as anybody.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump said that communism has proven to be a \u201cdisaster\u201d over \u201cthousands of years under different names.\u201d He went on to attribute his brief bump with Hispanic voters in the 2024 election on his anti-communist stance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI set a record for Republicans,\u201d he said. \u201cThe hispanics, a lot of them came from countries that were essentially communist\u2026I talk about it on TikTok. I talk about it here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump admitted that the American economy had \u201cflaws,\u201d but provided \u201camazing\u201d benefits to workers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have more jobs than we\u2019ve ever had. People are making more money than they\u2019ve ever made,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s just the best system.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump went on to say that \u201clowlifes\u201d were pitching a shift toward socialism and worried that the United States was facing more danger than it had in either World War or during 9\/11. He warned everyone listening that communist states \u201cdie in squalor.\u201d<\/p>\n

The answer was the tighter version of remarks he delivered last month. Promoting his appearance at the Faith and Freedom Coalition, Trump called communists and their allies \u201canimals.\u201d<\/p>\n
